Hello there! Theo here -- I'm C. D. Harriger's Administrative Assistant at his web site, but sometimes he calls on me to help in other territory. In fact I gave assistance in another venture he has started -- it's a BLOG located at Musings of a Maverick! with topics posted at his web site. Same thing applies to that -- the Board of Directors of Cherry Run Camp and its Executive Committee have not given endorsement to the content of the BLOG and may or may not be in agreement with it.

So I have the job of explaining to you what has happened to the Guestbook which you were encouraged to sign. It seems some unsavory people of highly questionable character have been making it a practice to go around and leave a message and/or a link to web sites which function best in a cesspool because of the quality of material displayed. So these persons hope that they can attract "victims" by leaving a link at guestbooks which are found on many web sites. Such was our experience here at Cherry Run Camp's web site. Also the people who make guestbooks available sometimes will go out of business or some other technical problem arises and the guestbook cannot be accessed.

So here is what CDH has done -- he has dismantled the guestbook and it cannot be accessed. But don't worry about this slight mishap -- you are encouraged to still leave a message or share your testimony by means of an email. CDH's address is given below. Testimonies received will be posted -- there is already an area set up for this. You never know -- perhaps something you say will help and encourage someone else as we make our pilgrimage through this world, headed on for greater things far beyond the limited things of earth and time!

As you move down toward the return link or Harriger's email address, don't forget to say hello to Evoluto (short for Evolution) -- he is here on a short visit. Actually he rarely visits a camp such as Cherry Run -- his main business is to visit public schools and colleges. He likes to encourage the teaching of our ancestry and he claims if we go back far enough we will find that he and we are cousins, a few times removed! He doesn't like people to laugh at that because this evolution thing is taken as "gospel truth" in a very large number of schools at all levels, including universities and graduate schools where people get doctoral degrees!
